South Shore Stars is a not-for-profit organization providing the highest quality early education and youth development programs for the communities south of Boston. JOB DESCRIPTION:

Preschool Teacher: As a member of the teaching team you will provide developmentally appropriate care to each child and assume responsibility for the classroom in the absence of the Lead Teacher.

Qualifications:

- Associates Degree in Early Childhood Education (REQUIRED) (or related field acceptable to NAEYC with 18 credits in ECE) - DEEC Teacher Preschool Certified (REQUIRED)

- 1 year experience working with preschool age children (PREFERRED)

Salary Range: $18.15 – 21.80/hour depending on education, experience and language
