DESCRIPTION
The Practice Management Lead will be responsible for developing a cross-functional team and roadmap for delivering statewide and national telehealth services that are user-friendly, market competitive and cohesive.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Directs and oversees the operations of Onduo PC services including, but not limited to physician productivity, staffing, visit ratios and overall efficiency of telehealth services for Onduo members. Works closely with Onduo Clinical Operations teams to increase appropriate visits to Onduo PC.
- Direct day-to-day operations of Physician clinic and plan for scaling clinical services including, but not limited to clinician and staff education, documentation and billing, legal, compliance and marketing. Partner with Human Resources to recruit, train and successfully on-board physician services to the organization.
- Understands clinical workflows in ambulatory and home-based environments and follows healthcare and educational technology trends.
- Identifies, develops, accelerates and continually improves telehealth services including, but not limited to primary and specialty care, health and wellness, pediatrics, urgent care, home care, case management, and population health.
- Oversee the standardization of patient and provider telehealth training. Work closely with clinical and operational teams to standardize clinician training requirements and develop processes to track and monitor training completion status.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of five (5) years of experience in healthcare operations, managing physician practices with increasing levels of responsibility.
- Experience with setting up and delivering telehealth services. Recent experience developing, launching, managing and growing telehealth projects and programs.
- Operations knowledge and capabilities, including developing workflows and operational solutions for new programs, services and initiatives.
- Knowledge of quality standards, including NCQA, URAC and Joint Commission.
- Knowledge of population health principles.
- Excellent priority management skills and the ability to consistently meet organizational/departmental deadlines and objectives Strong operational and change management skills, with the ability to build relationships across clinical and functional areas.
- Experience working cross functionally within a large organization.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient with Google products and use of technology.
The US base salary range for this full-time position is $171,000-$271,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
