Trustpoint.One is seeking a Practice Assistant for an AmLaw top 100 Law Firm.
This position is fully on-site for the firm's Myrtle Beach Office.
Successful candidates will have a paralegal and/or auditing background to assist attorneys and paralegals on the healthcare team.
Job Duties:
Analyzing and auditing physician/healthcare provider arrangement terms and payment amounts, including diligent contract review; drafting employment and independent contractor agreements for healthcare clients; preparing materials for various client meetings; maintaining client contract management databases; and tracking time in the Firm’s timekeeping systems.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university and a paralegal certificate from an ABA approved program is preferred; however, work experience may be substituted for education.
- Some law firm and/or auditing experience is preferred.
- Dependable and extremely organized
- Problem solving and analytical skills
- Excellent math and computer skills, including at least an intermediate command of Excel
- Attention to detail
This position offers a competitive salary, based on experience and opportunity for growth.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
