• Understand the business processes and requirements of various departments to design and develop Power BI reports and dashboards
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and data sources required for reporting
• Develop data models, create calculations and visualizations using Power BI to present information in a clear and concise manner
• Monitor and maintain the performance of Power BI reports and dashboards
• Provide support to end-users to troubleshoot issues with the reports
• Keep up to date with the latest developments in Power BI to optimize report development and visualization techniques
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity by following established data governance and security policies
• Document report development and maintenance procedures for future reference

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or related field
• 3+ years of experience in Power BI report development and data modeling
• Proficiency in SQL and other data querying tools
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
• Strong analytical skills to interpret data and identify trends
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate with stakeholders and present findings to non-technical audiences
• Local (Dallas/Fort Worth area) candidates only – no relocation

• Starting annual salary of $111,600
