Key Responsibilities
- Understand the business processes and requirements of various departments to design and develop Power BI reports and dashboards
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and data sources required for reporting
- Develop data models, create calculations and visualizations using Power BI to present information in a clear and concise manner
- Monitor and maintain the performance of Power BI reports and dashboards
- Provide support to end-users to troubleshoot issues with the reports
- Keep up to date with the latest developments in Power BI to optimize report development and visualization techniques
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity by following established data governance and security policies
- Document report development and maintenance procedures for future reference
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in Power BI report development and data modeling
- Proficiency in SQL and other data querying tools
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Strong analytical skills to interpret data and identify trends
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate with stakeholders and present findings to non-technical audiences
- Local (Dallas/Fort Worth area) candidates only – no relocation
- Must be currently authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship and not require sponsorship in the future
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in financial industries
- Master’s degree
Compensation
- Starting annual salary of $111,600
Workplace
- Flexibility of a hybrid work schedule, working remotely from your home office in the Dallas-Fort Worth area and on-site at our Administrative Office (HQ) in Irving (Las Colinas), TX
