Job Title: Poweder Coating Supervisor
Department: Paint/ Packing Line

Reports To Job Title: Plant Supervisor
JOB PURPOSE
To make sure both lines are full and running at full capacity daily ensuring good quality that meets the customers' standards. Powder coating supervisor must have managing experience as well as good communication skills. All supervisors must work together to ensure all products meet the quality standards. Must also have experience with Powder Coating and Paint Lines.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

Loading/Unloading

• Staffed with the right amount of people daily.
• Hanging the line, the most efficient way possible.
• Make sure you have the hooks needed to hang product ahead of time.

Quality

• Review each job with Quality Team members
• Ensure the quality holds throughout the run

Spray Wash

• Check chemicals daily.
• Clean booth weekly.
• Check Nozzles daily.

Ovens

• Ensure ovens are running at correct temperature.
• Walk thru each oven daily.
• Clean out any debris.

Booths

• Make sure each booth is functioning properly.
• Make sure booths have the right amount of people daily.
• Confirm booths have sufficient lighting.

Inventory

• Count inventory weekly.
• Ensure you have enough powder for each upcoming job.
• Keep neat and organized.

Manage

• Be able to manage a team of at least ten people
• Good communication skills
• Able to work with other supervisors to ensure products are correctly manufactured

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

• Spray Wash Experience
• Powder Coating Experience
• Oven understanding
• Organization skills
• Management Experience
• Be able to lift 50lbs
• Pay scale based off experience

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $28.00 per hour
