1. Minimum of five (5) years of security operations-related experience required or an equivalent combination of
education and experience sufficient to perform the essential functions of the job, as determined by Marksman.
2. Minimum of three (3) years of management experience, preferably in corporate security and guard force
management.
3. High School Diploma or equivalent is required, Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred.
4. Proven project management skills and team leadership capabilities.
5. Highly motivated, energetic, self-directed individual with good analytical and problem-solving skills.
6. Ability to communicate clearly and concisely while also sharing technical concepts effectively to a varied
audience.
7. Effectively lead team service delivery and development across the portfolio.
8. Ability to adapt to new and changing environments.
9. Ability to exercise independent judgment and decision-making skills.
10. High attention to detail.
11. Comfortable presenting information to large audiences both online and in person.

Qualifications:
Responsibilities:
1. Team Leadership: Work under the supervision of the regional Vice President and with our client’s
management team to develop and execute corporate objectives and goals.
2. Security Operations: Manage the client’s portfolio security operations relating to physical security and security
operation center functions. Work collaboratively with Marksman’s Global Partners’ support teams to maintain
the highest quality and service levels to support client trust and compliance with program requirements.
3. Performance Metrics: Utilize current defined metrics associated with measuring the success of the security and
safety processes. Report these metrics on a routine cadence to drive program quality and compliance.
Measure the effectiveness of the processes and the achievement of objectives.
4. Team Engagement: Develop appropriate worker engagement, training strategies and tactics. Define team
goals and objectives.
5. Program Oversight: Drive security operations excellence and innovation across portfolio security operations.
6. Customer Service: Nurture client relationships, effective collaboration with organizational teams and cross-
functional teams.
7. Training and Development: Work collaboratively with the Training and Development team to support the
application of best operational practices, optimize and implement innovative training in partnership with cross-
functional teams, responsible for mentoring team to support future growth.
8. Develop and implement all site-specific security policies to successfully achieve program goals.
9. Ensure through your management and supervisory teams that all officers are performing all assigned duties
including but not limited to time sheets, daily logs, activity and incident reports.
10. Work with the management and supervisory teams to address and rectify all human resources matters,
including staffing and payroll concerns in a timely manner.
11. Ensure the administrative team are recruiting, hiring and training officers to ensure operational performance
and coverage requirements are met.
12. Effectively communicate all pertinent information to the team in a timely manner.
13. Other duties to be determined by management.
