The candidate we are looking must have a high growth mindset and cares about the customer satisfaction as the top priority.

You must be highly-motivated, smart, honest, positive, adaptable, and a good communicator. It is important that our customers see you as true Professionals. **We are looking for candidates with atleast 3+ years of pool cleaning and service experience

Responsibilities:

• Brushing pool walls, skimmer throats, and stairs
• Vacuuming pool & spa
• Emptying of skimmer baskets, pump baskets, cleaner bags
• Check/add all chemicals necessary to balance water chemistry
• Visual inspection of pool equipment for leaks and error codes
• Inspect for leaks
• Track inventory and replace parts as needed
• Use our proprietary Software to document before and after pictures and all service details.
• Complete at least 15-20 scheduled stops everyday.
• Algae Treatments
• Check filter pressure and backwash filter as necessary
• Manage team of 3-4 technicians and their scheduled routes
• Make sure no customer complaints are received/addressed immediately.

Qualifications:

• Valid Drivers License
• Clean Driving Record
• Authorized to work in the US
• Willing to undergo a background check
• Be able to lift >50 lbs
• Able to work in all weather conditions
• Have a smartphone
• Must own vehicle (mileage will be reimbursed)

Requirements :

• Certified Pool Operator Certification (Preferred)
• 3+ years of experience as a Pool Service Supervisor or 5 + years as Service Technician
• Knowledge of proper pool cleaning and maintenance methods including pool chemicals and their properties
