As a Location Manager, you lead this location’s team of customer service reps and swim instructors. You are responsible for providing the premium customer service and swim lessons that British Swim School stands for. You oversee the complete operation of the location, schedule your team, handle customer service escalations, and ensure your team is trained and motivated.

REQUIREMENTS FOR LOCATION MANAGER
A minimum of 3-year experience in leading a team of customer service representatives , ideally in a customer-centric industry like hospitality, retail, travel or child care.
Love and passion for leadership and elevating employee’s performance - an eagerness to see growth and progress from your team
Being a quick learner
Availability to work on weekends - that's when our swim schools the busiest!
Ability and willingness to familiarize yourself quickly with new topics, e.g. swimming pool safety and pool operation.
Ability to excel in a fast-paced, sometimes even hectic environment.
Lots of energy and a positive attitude
No swim experience required
COMPENSATION AND REWARDS
Pay starts at $23/hr, depending on experience
