Explore Industries is seeking a Pool Cover Production Heavy Lifter to provide support to the team in Knoxville, TN (Corporate Location).

Reporting to the Production Manager, the Pool Cover Production Heavy Lifter will be responsible for fabricating swimming pool safety covers and pool liners from sheets of vinyl material that is measured in detail, cut, sewn, and heat-seal welded according to customer specifications. Attachments are added, product folded and package for shipment ending in a complete quality product.

Required Qualifications for the Pool Cover Production Heavy Lifter (We would like our talented Pool Cover Production Heavy Lifter for this role to have at least these minimum skills & experience)

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Must be able to lift and carry up to 25 lbs
• Experience managing multiple projects with competing deadlines while maintaining strong attention to detail
• Ability to communicate effectively with team members
• Dependable, reliable, and trustworthy

Preferred Skills for Pool Cover Production Heavy Lifter (We’d be excited to hear if you also have the following experience)

• Manufacturing experience, such as heat-seal welding, kit-building, light fabricating, cutting, and sewing
• Experience using power tools, hand tools, and sewing machines
• Experience in a high-growth organization
