LDF Sales & Distributing, Inc. is looking for Dynamic Employees to join the LDF Team in our Point of Sale Warehouse as our Point of Sale Warehouse Merchandiser. The Point of Sale Warehouse Merchandiser role will provide sales support and customer service by working with the Sales team. We offer the greatest variety of craft, import, and domestic beer brands available. LDF is recognized as a leading regional distributor of Constellation Beer, Diageo-Guinness, Heineken USA, Lagunitas, Molson Coors, and Boulevard beer brands; and wide variety of spirits and wines. This position will report to the On Premise Manager.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Manage time effectively to cover daily demands and to follow the designated itinerary.
Checks in all incoming POS from Suppliers and inventories.
Keeps POS inventories accurate.
Pulls and communicates all POS for reps and MGRS/Other
Works with Brand Managers to communicate all new POS arrivals.
Follows all daily duties.
Keeps POS warehouse clean and intact.
Utilizes Permatrak to pull all orders and keep inventory.
Perform such other duties as deemed necessary by Area Sales Manager.
Qualifications:
Completion of necessary training program. Position requires knowledge of types of displays and how to produce them. Possess knowledge of POS zones and competent in choosing locations as well as an understanding and adhering to LDF POS standards. Also must have an in-depth knowledge of every brand and package in LDF portfolio and distribution thereof. Possess grooming and hygiene.
Education/Experience:
Prefer high school degree or equivalent.
Language Ability:
Interpersonal skills to deal with employees effectively and in a professional manner. Have the capability of effectively communicating with management.
Math Ability:
Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure including whole numbers, common fractions and decimals.
Reasoning Ability:
Employee must possess the ability to apply common sense understanding
to carry out specific written or oral instructions and to resolve customer service problems. Position requires basic decision making ability.
Certificates and Licenses:
Current drivers’ license.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
None.
Work Environment:
Individual will work in POS warehouse M-F. Some weekends may be asked. Schedule is M-F, 8am – 4pm. Some overtime will be allowed. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.

Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus to read product labels and printed instruction on electronic devices and paper. .
