Maintenance Technician – 3rd shift

Potential to earn up to $34 an hour within first 15 months

$1000 sign on bonus once requirements are met

Qualifications

• Experience: electrical, 1 year (Preferred)
• Education: High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Shift – Sunday through Thursday 10:30pm-6:30am

Responsibilities

· Preventative maintenance on the machines in the production facility

· Repairs of mainline equipment that supports the shearing, forging, heat treating and assembly processes.

· Other responsibilities include maintenance of overhead doors, plumbing, lighting, hoists, and parts handling systems.

· Emphasis in making improvements to the manufacturing processes and equipment to increase up-time and efficiency.

Required Experience / Skills

· Individual must possess experience in industrial maintenance capable of reading mechanical drawings and schematics.

· Skills necessary to troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems on shears, punch presses, furnaces, and various other types of equipment.

· Experience on DC drives, AC frequency drives, programmable controllers and personal computer is necessary.

· Must have machine shop and welding / fabrication skills to perform repairs and make improvements to equipment.
