We are currently looking for Plumbing Installation Leads to service our communities throughout the Knoxville area! Our Plumbing installer will meet and exceed client expectations by applying their technical skills and knowledge in the assembly and installation of residential Plumbing systems and accessories, beyond local county requirements.

Responsibilities of our Plumbing Installation Lead:

• Installation of water heaters, water filtration, re-pipes, sewer, and gas systems along with normal fixture replacements.
• Determine the best procedure for install
• Install plumbing systems
• Communicate with customers
• Participate actively in all training exercises, morning meetings, and technical vendor training.
• Train and mentor apprentices to ensure on-time, high-quality installations.

Requirements for our next Plumbing Installation Lead:

• 5+ years of plumbing experience preferred
• Certifications preferred
• MUST HAVE clean driving record
• Must be able to pass drug screen and clean criminal background
• Excellent troubleshooting skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Able to lift 75+ pounds
