Planning Manager-Strategic Plan Job at MaineHealth - Corporate
- This position facilitates and coordinates Planning Department programs/initiatives designed to advance health system strategic goals, reporting to the Associate Vice President, Regional Clinical Planning. This position provides program/initiative management, meeting facilitation/leadership and analytic support across the spectrum of Planning Department efforts (e.g., local, regional and system-wide clinical planning efforts; system and member organization Strategic Plans and annual goals and objectives).
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree required. Master’s Degree in Business Administrative, Public Health, Public Policy or related field is strongly preferred.
- License/Certifications: N/A
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in healthcare field preferred.
- Knowledge of healthcare industry and health policy.
- Team player who thrives on collaboration and productive professional relationships, communicates effectively and handles conflict with maturity.
- Comfortable leading multi-stakeholder groups consisting of senior administrative and clinical leadership to advance organization change initiatives.
- Capacity to lead or conduct multiple projects at once, with responsibility for complete spectrum of required activities or in collaboration with others.
- Outstanding capability to prepare and deliver oral, written, quantitative, or graphical reports for executive level audiences.
- Strong ability to distill critical points of information and patterns from large quantities of information.
