Responsibilities::
Primary Responsibilities:
As the Planned Maintenance Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining the company's Computerized Maintenance Management System, Maximo, for all assigned cost centers. You will report directly to the Manager-Planned Maintenance and be responsible for ensuring accurate asset listings, maintenance routines, and HSE Case alignment. By utilizing Maximo to build a more reliable drilling fleet, you will be a key contributor to the overall success of our company.

The PM Supervisor Position may:
  • Act as a subject matter expert to enhance the Company's asset management strategy, giving you the opportunity to influence the way the company approaches maintenance and asset management
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest developments in the industry and ensuring that our maintenance requirements are always optimize
  • Process Planned Maintenance Management of Change (PM MOC) requests promptly and efficiently.
  • Develop and implement trainings and lessons learned shaping the way the company trains its employees and optimize the effectiveness of the Computerized Maintenance Management System
  • Develop and implement new processes to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of asset management, making a tangible impact on the Company's success
  • Assemble and distribute asset-related reports (KPIs). You will be responsible for analyzing data and using it to optimize our maintenance routines to ensure the reliability of the Company's drilling fleet.
  • Collaborate with other departments and learn from their expertise to implement best practice solutions while contributing your own unique perspective
  • Work with a cutting-edge CMMS software, Maximo Oil and Gas, to Build Assets, Locations, Routes, etc.
  • Conduct periodic reviews of asset listings for each Cost Center within the CMMS to ensure accuracy and completeness
  • Travel to various worldwide locations of our Cost Centers, as directed by the Manager Planned Maintenance, to carry out training, asset verification, or other job-related tasks, taking advantage of the opportunity to see the world and gain firsthand experience in the field
  • Participate fully in all Health, Safety, and Environmental initiatives and safety programs, showing your commitment to creating a safe and healthy work environment for yourself and your colleagues.
  • Follow Diamond Offshore Global Excellence Management System (G.E.M.S.)

Qualifications::
Experience
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States without restrictions
  • High School Diploma/GED
  • College degree or vocational school certification in technically relevant field considered a plus.
  • Offshore drilling industry experience
  • Experience with SQL
  • Experience working with Maximo Oil and Gas
  • Experience with reliability best practices
  • Experience with regulatory based Safety Cases and CMMS integration
  • Basic understanding of reliability engineering practices including fault trees, Weibull diagrams, wish bone, etc.
Skills
  • Basic understanding of reliability engineering practices including fault trees, Weibull diagrams, wish bone, etc.
  • Ability to use asset lifecycle forecasting models
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Ability to identify asset trends and identify abnormalities
Ability to:
  • Possess or be able to obtain a valid Transportation Worker's Identification Credential (TWIC).
  • Possess or be able to obtain a valid US passport
  • Travel up to 20% or as required, both domestically and internationally
