Cooks to join our opening team!
Contessa, inspired by the old-world resorts and the lasting estates of Italy, features cuisine
embodying the effortless elegance of the Trattorias of Northern Italy. Offering all-day dining with
breakfast, lunch, brunch, dinner and perfectly crafted cocktails, the menus showcase a range of
selections from imported salumi and house made fresh pasta to dry aged Chianina Beef.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Prepare pizza menu offerings in accordance with recipe and quality standards
- Experience in pizza production and knowledge of variety and regionality of italian pizza
- Previous experience working with wood burning oven, convection oven and other
- Maintains a clean and sanitary work station in accordance with health standards
- Ensure that food comes out simultaneously, in high quality and in a timely fashion
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Ability to work on-site for assigned schedule including nights, weekends and holidays
