Pizza Chef Job at Drop Bear Brewery
Responsibilities
- Prepare dough, ingredients, and toppings and bake pizzas.
- Make fresh sauces.
- Prepare all toppings and sauces for pizzas
- Monitor food stock and place orders as needed
- A passion for vegan, vegetarian as well as meat-based cooking.
- Cook appetizers, garlic bread, and salads.
- Please work with the owner to develop new recipes to update our menu
- Maintain a clean cooking station and sterilized equipment
Requirements and skills
- Work experience as a Pizza Chef or similar role in a restaurant, 3-5 years
- Hands-on experience with preparing and baking pizza dough
- Familiarity with professional kitchen equipment
- Understanding of food hygiene
- Team spirit
- A diploma from a culinary school is a plu
