We are seeking a hard-working and reliable Picker/Packer to join our growing operation. In this role, you will work in our warehouse picking and packing orders to be shipped. Under the supervision of the warehouse manager, you will pick orders from individual shelves, place picked orders into totes, and move tote on or off conveyor belt. Or you could be packing the items picked to ship. Previous Pick/Pack experience preferred, but not required.

Duties and Responsibilities

· Push pick cart at a steady pace to pick garments from wide range of bins

· Reach to pick cartons and individual garments from racking shelves and placing
picked items into totes

· Able to stand at station for long periods with duties as assigned

· Pushing and pulling totes on and off conveyor belt

· Will be cross trained in Packing duties and will perform Packing duties as necessary
verify accuracy of picked orders

· Pushing and pulling cartons off of conveyor belt to workstation

· Pack units in shipping cartons

· Send customer orders to shipping in a timely manner

· Cross trained in Picking duties and will perform Picking duties as necessary

Requirements and Qualifications

• Must be able to walk at a steady pace for the entire shift
• Walk up and down steps
• Ability to perform high reaching and low bending for the entire shift
• Be able to occasionally lift up to 45lbs
• Able to stand for entire shift for other duties as assigned
• Good communication skills
• Previous warehouse experience preferred but no required
• Able to stand at station for long periods
• Submit to Drug Screen and Background Search
