BalanceMD is seeking a part-time Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to help meet the growing need for our services. The successful candidate will work 2-3 days per week in our Lafayette, IN office which is located in a thriving community adjacent to Purdue University. We are looking for a long-term partnership with a provider is willing to work closely with others while collaborating with our care team.

This position is 100% outpatient, no nights or weekends, offering a work-life balance and a $1000 sign-on bonus.

About the clinic:

With locations in Lafayette and Indianapolis, we specialize in the diagnosis and treatment of vestibular disorders – those suffering from dizziness, vertigo, and imbalance. We are the only true balance center in central Indiana, with a vestibular physician, 3 audiologists, and a physical therapist all working together to maximize patient treatment outcomes.

What we do together:

As part of our team, you will evaluate and manage patients with dizziness, vertigo, and imbalance disorders. You will receive extensive training to become proficient in diagnosing:

• Vestibular migraine
• BPPV (benign paroxysmal positional vertigo)
• Vestibular neuritis and Labyrinthitis
• Meniere’s disease
• Multifactorial imbalance

The ideal candidate will have:

• Current PA or NP licensure in Indiana or ability to obtain
• Minimum two years of medical experience
• Strong computer knowledge of EHR systems
• Warm, friendly, and outgoing personality
• Organized, accurate, and efficient in a fast-paced office environment
• Dedicated and professional team member
