Physical Therapy Assistant (CASTLE ROCK, COLORADO)

Brookside Rehabilitation and Wellness is seeking innovative and clinically driven Full-Time Physical Therapist Assistant to join our rehab team at our brand new, state-of-the-art Subacute Rehab Facility in Castle Rock, Colorado.

Rate of Pay

$26.00-$30.00 per hour depending on experience

Qualifications

• Must be a Colorado licensed PTA
• 1-year clinical experience preferred
• Skilled Nursing experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Reviews supervising therapists plan of cares and appropriately delivers treatment interventions in line with plan of care goals.
• Complete timely, accurate and supportive documentation in accordance with company policy and federal and state guidelines/regulations.
• Administer treatment modalities as clinically indicated to treat patient specific needs.
• Communicate effectively with supervising therapist about any acute changes in patient status to allow assessments to be completed and plan of care adjusted as needed.
• Effectively communicate patient progress and lack of progress to supervising therapist so treatment can be adjusted to better meet patient’s needs.
• Assist with management of PT caseload along with DOR and supervising therapist
• Be familiar with Colorado State Practice Act and Laws concerning visit count, progress note guidelines and regulatory guidelines to ensure ethical practice.
• Other duties may be assigned.

Pay: $26.00 - $28.00 per hour
