Serving Arizona since 2002, we are a family-founded, integrated medical service provider with 10 locations throughout the Phoenix Metropolitan Area. We are a true interdisciplinary team that provides personalized chiropractic, physical therapy, medical, and pain management services to our patients. With daily case management to optimize patient treatment plans and outcomes.
We are looking for a committed Physical Therapist to act as the patient’s partner throughout the trip of restoring motion and ensuring that the patient will function at their personal best. You will maximize their quality of life and movement potential by identifying patients' goals and providing quality, personalized care through the development of treatment plans using a variety of techniques.
Must be a graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy Program, Doctorate preferred but not required, and must have AZ licensure upon start of working with us.
Competitive pay, health insurance including dental and vision, 401K with matching, and $1500 annual continuing education allowance included in benefits. Monday through Friday schedule with 30 patient care hours per week.
