We’re hiring! About the position:

We’re searching for a skilled and creative corporate photographer based in the East Valley, Arizona (Chandler/Tempe/Gilbert/Phoenix/Scottsdale), to travel with us to locations on a monthly basis. For local photo sessions, we visit one of our clients’/accounts’ locations to snap team photos, in-action service photos, and more. We’re confident in your photography and photo editing skills, direction and recommendations for staging and team placement, and overall ability to create valuable media assets for the companies we work with. While joining a blended team may be a challenge at the start, you’re excited to create unique content for a variety of brands and improve our creativity with your knowledge and insight.

We’ll look to you to manage planning for the photo session, including positioning and staging, creative direction, and photo editing.

  • Hourly rate: $50-$75 for travel, onsite photography, and editing
  • DDM’s target hire date: Always hiring
  • Candidates must be located within 150 miles of the Greater Phoenix area

Corporate photographer role & responsibilities

  • Communicate with our team to orchestrate each photo session
  • Manage the photography session
  • Provide creative direction and positioning on-site
  • Maintain and manage your own photography equipment
  • Edit photos after each session using Adobe Photoshop or Lightroom
  • Collaborate with the Data Driven Marketers to share RAW and edited photos

Qualification and experience

  • 2+ years of experience working within corporate/commercial/business photography roles
  • Public portfolio and social proof
  • Have a passion for photography and digital marketing (digital asset creation)
  • Own professional photography equipment and necessary accessories to capture large and small teams, and buildings of various sizes
  • For the safety of our clients, you must be vaccinated. Please be prepared to share your vaccination card.

You’ll be working with a team of seasoned marketing professionals. From search engine marketing to search engine optimization and content development, we apply our skills to make marketing work for each of our clients. Most of our team members (some employed, some contracted), have worked for a small business, agency, and in-house marketing team at some point in their career—or all three! While our history in the space is vast, we’re not slowing down or pausing other ventures that interest us.

Your clients are either marketing directors or managers or small business owners. Most of our clients are well educated in why they need to invest in marketing but need help navigating specifics.
