Training Pay
To assist you with your ramp period we provide you with an hourly training pay guarantee for your 1st week of employment. However, with our average agent earning over $20 per hour, most agents out earn this prior to the completion of their first week.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage numerous outbound and inbound calls in a timely manner
- Process data entry while assisting customers with scheduling availability, services, and customer service
- As a commissioned agent; Offer, schedule, and rehash appointments
- Comply with all Grapevine Pro policies
