Pharmacy Purchaser Job at Medwiz Solutions LLC
The Purchasing Agent is responsible for procurement of pharmaceuticals, materials, and supplies to ensure appropriate level of inventory to meet day-to-day operations of the pharmacy.
Daily tasks include (but not limited to): verification of order fulfillment, review invoices, monitors and communicates drug shortages with appropriate staff. Additionally, the Purchasing Agent will ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, optimize inventory management with par level adjustments, and maintain procurement history and inventory records. The Purchasing Agent is responsible for managing the ordering process to maintain budget compliance, formulary and charge integrity.
REQUIREMENTS/ QUALIFICATION:
Minimum 2 years of pharmacy experience, Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word and working knowledge of Microsoft Access
Knowledge of drugs and pharmaceutical.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
