Kaye Personnel is currently looking for a Licensed Pest Control Technician for a well-known company, located in Burlington, NJ.

Shift: Day

Pay Rate: $41,600- $52,000(Depending on experience)**Please email salary requirement

Responsibilities:

• Maintains quality results and safe work habits by adhering to company standards.
• Deal with customer dissatisfactions by investigating complaints and determining the solution.
• Participating in educational opportunities; reading technical publications.
• Enhances department and organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
• Evaluates, Inspects, identify new infestations and determining causes
• Analyze treatment, prevention, and exclusion options.
• Places pest control materials by determining appropriate bait, including gels, dust, granules, and liquids
• Applying pest control materials to interior and exterior.
• Perform perimeter treatments with power spraying equipment. Able to perform mosquito and tick control with backpack power mister weighing approx. 40 pounds when full.
• Skilled of wildlife removal a plus. Must be able to climb ladders to a minimum of 30 feet.
• Knowledge of bird and bat control also a plus. Willing to work in snow management division operating a snowplow on truck, quad with plow, snow blower, salter and limited shoveling.
• Introduces new service proposals by describing provisions and options.
• Compiles revenue by obtaining service verifications.
• Finalizes records by entering essential information.

Requirements:

• MUST BE LICENSED IN CORE, 7A, 7B - able to get new licenses as needed
• Experience on pesticide handling
• Experience in termite inspections being detailed and thorough in a variety of conditions and spaces.
• Sales Experience, ability to present and connect with new companies.
• Must be detailed oriented, Leadership motivated, and great problem-solving skills
• Ability to be at 30ft or higher when necessary to get the job done.
