Our company, a locally owned and operated franchisee of Truly Nolen, seeks a branch manager for our newly acquired New Holland, PA office as we continue to capitalize on the opportunity that Truly Nolen offers.

Position Summary

As the General Manager, you will be responsible for managing the overall operations of the business including the administration, technical and sales departments. You will ensure that you and your staff meet and exceed our standards for excellent customer service. You will be responsible for coordinating efficiently and cooperatively with all departments to execute yearly business plans.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Recruit, train, manage, assess performance, and coach direct reports to meet and exceed customer service, sales, administration, and production requirements for new and existing customers.
• Prepare and execute yearly budgets which include staffing, retention, and revenue generation while maintaining profit margins.
• Planning, development and execution of strategy for the future development of all departments
• Perform all related duties and responsibilities as required to meet company objectives.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent time management, organizational and multi-tasking skills
• Expert knowledge of MS Office
• 5 years pest control experience
• Pennsylvania pest control license(s) or ability to acquire them
• 3 years experience in a supervisory or management position
• Post secondary education
• Strong leadership capacity
• valid drivers license
