Villa St. Joseph was founded in 1997 as a ministry of the Sisters of St. Joseph. After 20 years of service to Beaver and Allegheny counties, the location joined the Concordia family in April 2018 - becoming Concordia at Villa St. Joseph and continuing its faith-based mission of serving others. The Resident Care Aide (RCA) provides resident assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs) and instrumental activities of daily living (IADLs), while maintaining a clean and safe living environment and encouraging the highest level of independence for the resident. RCA will assist in development and implementation of resident assessment and support plan.

Entry level friendly paid on-the-job training.

* Starting Rate: $17.25/hr and up for experience + $1.50 shift differential + $1.50 weekend premium

*Starting rate for Med Techs is $18.00/hr + $1.50 shift differential + $1.50 weekend premium

Shifts available for 3p-11p and overnight and include a weekend rotation. 8 and 12 hour shifts available.

Qualifications

Minimum: High School Diploma or GED

18 years of age or older
