Requirements:

• Valid Driver's License

Responsibilities may include:

• Provide general attention to clients' non-medical needs following the established Care Plan
• Provide companionship (talking and listening, reading aloud, etc.)
• Promote the client's mental alertness through involvement in activities of interest
• Assist with activities of daily living, which may include, eating, grooming, toileting, dressing, bathing, mobility and positioning
• Prepare and serve meals as directed and ensure that dishes are washed, and kitchen is clean after each meal
• Help provide a clean, safe and healthy environment by performing light housekeeping duties and helping with laundry
• Observe and report any changes in the client's mental, physical, or emotional condition to immediate supervisor and/or Responsible Party
• Redirect, monitor, observe, and/or intervene with behaviors as needed or required
• Always ensure the safety of client
• Assist client in the community
