The Performance Reporting Analyst will be responsible for the performance reporting experience provided to clients and advisor teams. You will collect feedback from the field, create and maintain our performance reporting package, research and implement reporting best practices, and own the overall reporting experience provided to our clients via quarterly statements, ad-hoc reporting, and performance reporting within the client portal. (This is a remote work opportunity.)
The salary target for this role is $70,000- 80,000; this position is eligible for an annual/team bonus.
We select our initial compensation target using national compensation survey data. When we make an offer, we then factor in things like tenure, performance, and geographic location to come up with the most accurate numbers. Primary Job Functions
Performance reporting – Own performance reporting experience

Build and maintain custom reporting templates, consult with advisor offices to recommend existing reports or create customized reports.

Gain a complete knowledge of reporting capabilities as it pertains to other departments; including composites, trading, billing, and web based platform reporting.

Collaborate with operations departments to research and resolve client issues and inquiries; Assist RIA Ops with report batch runs, review sample reports to ensure quality.

Regular contact with operations departments to provide assistance and guidance for projects affecting cost basis, tax reporting, performance, composites, trading, billing, and reporting.
Client portal experience – Provide input for performance reporting within client portal

Share performance reporting expertise with Client Portal development team to help create an excellent client portal experience.

Participate in designing the integration of our proprietary client portal and our portfolio accounting system(s).

Assist with troubleshooting performance reporting issues within client portal

Educate advisor teams on the various reporting elements available to their clients through the portal experience.
Performance data expertise – Ensure accuracy of performance reporting data

Perform performance analysis of historical data.

Troubleshoots discrepancies of historical performance data and works with various internal teams to make corrections as needed.

Educates advisor teams on performance calculations in comparison to other methods used in the industry.

Ensures quality of data maintained in system to facilitate complete and accurate reporting.
This position requires the ability to:
Travel independently up to 10% as needed.
Education/Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in business; finance, economics, technology or related

5+ years in Financial Services or equivalent experience

2+ years BA, Development, or other related technology experience preferred

Experience with Agile development preferred

Superior verbal and written communication skills.

Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.

Familiarity with Salesforce, Orion.
