Responsibilities:

• The MetroEHS Accountant is responsible for managing the MetroEHS Pediatric Therapy accounting department.
• Oversees all accounting functions and activities such as payroll, accounts receivable, accounts payable, general ledger, cash projections and budget.
• Oversees the preparation of periodic financial statements and reports.
• Coordinates preparation of external audit requirements, bank requirements, and financial reporting including applicable tax, governmental and compliance reporting requirements.
• Communicates and reviews budget expectations with Directors and Managers of the business.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance.
• MBA preferred but not required.
• CPA a plus but not required.
• Minimum 5-7 years of experience in finance/accounting.
• Expert proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP knowledge.
• Financial Analysis experience.
• Ability to prepare and review annual audit work papers including financial statements.
• Ability to communicate effectively with management.

Schedule:

• Monday-Friday, 9am-6pm

Our services include ABA Therapy, Feeding/Swallowing Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Physical Therapy & Speech Therapy. Affordable screenings for Speech-Language development, fine & gross motor development, sensory impairment, and autism are also offered.
