The Occupational Therapist will conduct consultations and assessments, plan individual programs, and provide direct treatment. The position requires that one maintain client files and treatment logs in an organized manner and provide appropriate documentation to the interdisciplinary team. We offer a collaborative team approach and a great learning environment in which Occupational Therapists, Speech and Language Pathologists, and Behavioral Analysts plan and implement appropriate treatment plans for all patients receiving therapy services, including family education. Must have a comprehensive knowledge of Occupational Therapy, trans-disciplinary early-intervention theories, and rehabilitation principles and practices. The OT must have a current understanding of evidence-based practices found to benefit children with developmental delays, disabilities, and autism spectrum disorders (ASD) and be familiar with the field of early intervention in order to provide quality treatment for consumers.

Requirements

Required license or certification:

• Masters and/or Doctorate & a current California license as an Occupational Therapist
• 1 year pediatrics experience
