Our organization is seeking a Home Health Aide to help provide direct care to elderly and aged individuals. The ideal candidate for this position is compassionate and understanding, and has previous experience working with seniors in an outpatient setting. The successful candidate for this position will assist patients by providing physical support, monitoring medications and administering treatments, as well as communicating with physicians and families to ensure the highest quality of care.

Responsibilities:

• Communicate and work with physicians, nurses, and other home health aides.
• Assist individuals in their daily living activities, such as bathing, grooming, dressing and preparing meals.
• Understand modern home technology.
• Apply therapeutic exercise to patients suffering from diseases of the circulatory system.
• Document patient outcomes.
• Work in an environment that promotes health and wellness.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $13.00 - $16.00 per hour
