PC Depot Technician – Blue Bell, PA – Full-time

Responsibilities

• Perform laptop and tablet imaging, configuration following standard configuration processes
• Perform quality checks on Slipstream and Client device deployments
• Package and ship devices and peripherals to end users
• Perform asset and inventory management via ServiceNow
• Manage incidents and requests via ServiceNow

Required Skills

• At least 1 year experience in a desktop or depot support role
• Previous endpoint imaging and deployment experience
• Experience with Windows 10, MAC OS, iOS
• Experience with AD/Azure/365/Okta
• ServiceNow Experience a plus
• Attention to detail and ability to follow process documents
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Willingness to learn and grow
