Swissport ORD is hiring immediately for a Payroll Analyst II at $60,000-$70,000/annually.

Job Summary

The Payroll Analyst will ensure accurate processing and recording of Swissport’s weekly and biweekly payrolls, along with investigating and solving payroll and associated problems. You will work collaboratively with the Swissport Stations to ensure employees are paid accurately and timely. To be successful in this role, you should have excellent analytical and auditing skills with the ability to spot numerical errors, be an excellent communicator, and provide superb customer service.

Job Responsibilities

Duties listed below may vary in terms of importance and other duties may be added or eliminated as this position develops.

  • Perform Station payroll-related functions including but not limited to payroll reconciliations, audits, and record maintenance.
  • Perform Daily Audits of the AE Timekeeping system to ensure employees are paid accurately and timely every weekly and bi-weekly payroll run.
  • Collaborate with the Station Human Resources, Managers and Supervisors to complete daily edits to clear time exceptions, pay out retros, missed time, vacation payout, etc.
  • Finalize the AE Timekeeping process every week.
  • Be the go-to person for our customers (employees) to address and resolve payroll inquires quickly.
  • Provide excellent customer service and support the Operations Team at the Stations to ensure employees are paid accurately and timely.
  • Partner with your team members to provide the employee an excellent payroll experience.

Qualifications and Competencies

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field strongly preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years' payroll entry and processing experience.
  • Solid knowledge of payroll function including preparation, auditing and balancing.
  • Demonstrated analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Exceptional organization, accuracy and attention to detail
  • Above average understanding and ability to use MS Office.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
