Job Summary and Description
Prepares a variety of routine and complex special/ad hoc financial reports and benefit statements in accordance with the Alamo Colleges District’s standards and applicable government laws and regulations.
Minimum Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business administration or a combination of relevant experience, education and training that equates to the required degree.
- Five years of experience in accounting, payroll, or other related experience.
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Banner experience.
- Payroll/HRIS experience.
Licenses and Certifications:
- Prefer Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) or other American Payroll Association certification.
- May be required to have a valid driver license and be insurable through the organization’s insurers.
