Remote Payroll Administrator, East Coast

Compensation: $29.00 - $34.00 per hour (based on experience)

What You'll Do

• Process bi-weekly payroll for over 2000 employees in the UKG Payroll System
• Reviews and monitors all payroll processing to ensure accuracy, timeliness and compliance
• Performs and reviews payroll reconciliations according to the the SOP and checklist provided.
• Acts as a subject matter expert for Payroll
• Provides customer service support for questions and requests from employees and other supporting departments
• Responsible to provide supporting documentation in conjunction with audits or similar activities
• Performs other duties as assigned

Required Skills

• Must have at least two years of payroll processing experience.
• Strong planning and organizational skills to balance and prioritize work.
• Experience processing payroll in UKG
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills for interacting with employees
• Excellent communication skills
• Must be able to successfully pass a background investigation and credit check
