We are looking for someone who’s reliable, detail oriented, follows directions and is highly motivated to help lead our detail orientated pavingcrews.

Paving Foreman

Requirements

• Ensure all work is done smoothly, safely, and efficiently.
• Provide direct in-field supervision of a crew working on all phases of construction.
• Maintain and improve the efficiency and effectiveness of all areas of work.
• Ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Manage the crew and establish daily/weekly goals.
• Manage the equipment.
• Assign job duties.
• Maintain a safe jobsite.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of experience.
• Knowledge of job sites, crews, heavy civil construction and paving projects.
• Knowledge to review plans and permits.

Pay: $85,000.00 - $115,000.00 per year
