Healthcare facility looking for patient specialist responsible for creating an exceptional patient experience while providing competent and compassionate care to every patient and visitor.
Patient Specialist will:
- Take on various clinical challenges with a positive attitude.
- Communicate with respect and kindness to a diverse group of visitors to provide an exceptional experience for all.
- Acquire, analyze, and provide accurate clinical information to the medical team in a timely manner while maintaining patient charts in a face-paced environment.
- Always be willing to learn and adapt to accommodate patient and visitor needs.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED
Monday - Friday; No nights or weekends. Paid time off. Paid holidays.
