Shawnee Health Service is currently seeking a Patient Registration Specialist II- Float for our Shawnee Health Care Clinics. The Patient Registration Specialist will have a variety of responsibilities including demonstrating exceptional customer service skills to ensure a positive patient experience throughout the registration process in our healthcare facility. This includes having a positive can-do attitude, be able to multitask and be a quick hands-on learner.
A High School Diploma or equivalent is required. Minimum 2 years’ experience of medical office experience, scheduling experience, knowledge of ICD-10 coding and regulations and bilingual/Spanish speaking applicant preferred. Must have reliable transportation and provide proof of auto insurance as the PRS II may travel to other facilities to assist in the registration process.
