Our Patient Care Coordinators keep patient schedules in order and make sure all of our client's questions are answered regarding things like insurance coverage and scheduling. When our clients have any questions or concerns, our Patient Care Coordinators know where to find the answers. This person needs to know their way around office technology (computer, phone, scanner, copier, etc.) You will be the first voice and face a new patient will encounter as part of a team dedicated to helping people get back to doing the things they love. • A problem solver who loves checking off items on your todo lists and just generally getting things done

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

• Greet, onboard, and schedule new patients, check and track eligibility, obtain insurance authorization, and collect patient payments

• Provide adminstrative and direct support to the therapy team at your location including things like managing site supply inventory and preparing treatment areas

• Follow up with current and past patients to ensure our clients have all their expectations met and questions answered

• Communicate with referring physicians to facilitate the coordination of care for our clients

This is a full time position at the Clinton, OK location with competitive pay and benifits.
