Innovative Endodontics is growing! As we prepare to open our second office location in Summerville, we are looking to add a Patient Care Coordinator to our team! We are seeking an enthusiastic front office team member with excellent patient-care skills and a great attitude to join our quality-oriented team. Our beautiful and modern office provides training and support for this position at our Moncks Corner location near Carnes Crossroads. This position offers multi- location and growth opportunities as well. Our new location will be located on Stallsville Loop in Summerville, coming Spring of 2023!

Patient Care Coordinator Duties:
- Insurance Verification: Assists patients in determining insurance eligibility and counseling patients regarding insurance. Communicates with insurance companies regarding claims, process new insurance policies, modifications to existing policies, and claims forms. Obtain information from policyholders to verify the accuracy and completeness of information on claims forms, applications, related documents, and company records. Update existing policies and company records to reflect changes requested by policyholders and insurance representatives.
- Patient Care Coordination: Coordinate, integrate and represent all facets of patient services. Meet and greet patients and make them feel welcomed and relaxed. Answer the telephone, schedule appointments, communicate with patients regarding financial and scheduling options, maintain patient records and coordinate patient flow. Manage and control the daily, weekly, and monthly schedule in order to meet the practice production and collection goals. Compile data and operate office equipment to maintain business records and reports. Greeting patients with a smile and providing 5-star service at all times.
- Answering Phones, taking Messages and noting patient accounts.
- Help make quality dentistry financially available to patients using our 3rd party finance services. Communicates with patients regarding their treatment plan, helps find the best way to finance the recommended treatment and make appropriate financial arrangements with patients.
- Inputting patient information in dental software (TDO – The Digital Office)
- Assisting with front office tasks as needed and using computers to update electronic patient records.

Schedule:
Your schedule will be provided monthly. Our office uses the ‘When I Work’ app which can be downloaded for free from the Play Store/Apple Store. This app provides mobile access to your shifts and a platform for our team to communicate about shift changes. You will receive an email/text link for access upon onboarding.
Our office hours are Monday-Friday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm.
