Lakewood Health System has an opening for a part-time Patient Access Representative!
The Patient Access Representative is responsible for providing professional reception and scheduling services to patients, visitors and staff in a growing clinic setting. Applicants should have 5-star customer service standards, be detail orientated and able to multi-task and problem solve.
This is a part-time position.
1. Computer literacy
2. Prior experience with family practice scheduling is a must.
3. Excellent customer service skills
4. Excellent oral and written communication skills
5. Able to organize, coordinate and prioritize tasks
6. Ability to work in a team environment
