Patient Access Representative – Full Time (Day Shift – Weekday – No Holidays)

About the Role:
The ideal candidate for this role will be the first point of contact for all Krohn Clinic patients and visitors. We are looking for a self-motivated, energetic, and organized individual to coordinate Front Office activities for our fast-paced practice.

In this position you will be responsible for complete and accurate registration of patients, obtaining proper consents, collecting co-payments, billing for Business Accounts. Also responsible for scheduling patients and managing Krohn Clinic and visiting specialist provider schedules.

• Possess strong computer skills with previous insurance experience preferred

Flexible Schedule:

• 5 - 8+ hour shifts with half day off per week

Daily contact with patients is expected. Work is performed in an office environment.

Desired Education, Certifications and/or Experience

• High School graduate or equivalent.
• Experience working in an Administrative or Customer Service capacity preferred
• Medical office experience is ideal

Experience:

• Medical Receptionists & Patient Registrars: 1 year (Preferred)
• Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
