Large independent gastroenterology practice in the beautiful mountains of western North Carolina is seeking a smiling face for the Front Desk of our Hendersonville and Brevard offices. Patient Access Representative will be patient focused with recent medical office experience with medical records, checking patients in or out, collecting co-pays, scheduling patient appointments, experience with EMR systems, and general billing knowledge including familiarity with CPT and ICD-10 codes. Candidate will be expected to exhibit excellent communication and people skills.
