Chef Thomas Keller's Yountville restaurant, La Calenda, is looking for individuals who are enthusiastic about food, beverage and hospitality to join the culinary brigade as a Pastry Chef de Partie.

Named for a Oaxacan parade, La Calenda combines vibrant Mexican food with a family-friendly environment. Drawing on seasonal ingredients and using traditional cooking methods, the restaurant casts a glance across a range of regional Mexican cuisines.

Qualified individuals should possess a strong attention to detail, organization and cleanliness. In addition to technical skills of a minimum of 2+ years of experience, the individual must have strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to be a team collaborator.

Chef Thomas Keller raises the bar for the American culinary scene.
