The French Workshop is a friendly fast paced and high-end bakery looking for Pastry Chefs to fulfill the stores culinary needs. Punctuality is a must.
Days must be available: Monday and weekends Friday, Saturday & Sunday
Responsibilities
- Make and bake handheld pasties and pies.
- Tasks include : Glazing ,baking , piping, slicing ,preparing pastry cream, desserts, sandwich making and more.
Maintain cleanliness and other requirements for necessary food protection
Help monitor quality and production efficiencies with time & temperature documentation
