Established Civil Engineering and Land Surveying Firm in Central Texas seeking motivated, energetic, competent and qualified Party Chief for immediate hire in our Waco office. Company has additional offices in Killeen and Lampasas, and we provide surveying services in 10 primary counties, principally Bell, McLennan, Coryell, and Lampasas.
Land surveying experience should include Land Boundary surveys, from town lot to large acreage tracts, topography surveys, improvements surveys, route surveys, ALTA surveys, Elevation Certificates, construction staking, deed research, easement preparation, subdivision platting, and client contact. Ideal candidate has an in depth understanding of Coordinate Geometry and field calculations, familiarity with Leica GPS and understands Grid versus Surface. Self motivated, self starter, team oriented.
Pay commensurate with experience.
