We have a current opening for a full-time, hard-working, and motivated Parts Specialist/Service Writer to add to our team in Fond du Lac, WI. Responsibilities:

• Order parts for repairs and new builds
• Manage inventory minimums/maximums
• Assist with forecasting bulk purchases
• Writing service orders for the shop
• Billing parts on work orders/companies
• Assist with scheduling workflow
• Organize and build out inventory for two buildings
• Putting together competitive pricing on all service parts
• Compare pricing with other vendors
• All other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Must have knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Excellent attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
• Proactive and deadline-oriented.
• Display excellent time management skills in order to hit deadlines
• Extreme organization
• Ability to multi-task
• Work well with all team members
• Build relationships with vendors
