Location: Exchange Bank-Owasso

Exempt/Non-Exempt: Non-Exempt-Hourly

Responsibilities: Professional Tellers are responsible for the processing of transactions accurately and efficiently in a fast paced environment. Your duties will include, but are not limited to the following:

• Accurately accepting and processing transactions from the bank’s customers.
• Ability to work within established policies, procedures and guidelines.
• Identify customer needs and refer financial products and services.
• Consistently seek to delight our customers and deliver exceptional customer service with a positive attitude.
• Build customer loyalty; establish customer relationships through courtesy and friendliness, including addressing customers by name.
• Contribute to a positive team environment.
• Daily schedule 1-6 and every Saturday 8:45 to 12:15. (Total approximately 29 hours per week.) Occasional Saturdays off.
• Occasional extended hours as needed when covering for vacations.

Required Skills:

• Ability to work effectively as a team member.
• Ability to communicate well with customers on inquiries and/or problem resolution.
• Careful attention to detail and time management.
• Cash handling experience preferred

Other Skills and Ability Requirements:

• Must have adequate transportation to arrive at work on time and have regular attendance.
• Must be able to greet and provide cordial customer service regardless of the customer’s personality, presence or communication style.
• Must be able to operate personal computer keyboard.

• Physical requirements include occasional lifting bags of coin and currency between approximately 20-75 pounds.
• Reaching above your head to retrieve drive through tubes.
• Standing and sitting as needed to obtain drive through tubes.
• Close vision required.

Pay: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour
