Sperry at Charlotte Premium Outlets is seeking a Part Time Sales Associate to become an integral part of our team! We offer flexible scheduling, an awesome discount, and free product! You will be responsible for assisting guests by recommending & selling products in a retail setting in order to drive company revenue.
Responsibilities:
- Welcome guests and identify their needs
- Explain & recommend products
- Monitor inventory to ensure sales floor is filled
- Enter and process customer orders
- Schedule reliability & team player mindset
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields is a plus
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to build friendly rapport with customers
- Positive energy & enthusiasm to help others
