Ray Skillman Northeast Mazda has an immediate opening for a Part Time Receptionist position!
HOURS:
5 DAYS A WEEK: 2pm-7pm
Qualifications:
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- PC literate, including Microsoft Office products
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a team environment
Responsibilities:
- Receive all incoming calls
- Direct calls to appropriate individuals or department after obtaining adequate information
- Display professional courtesy at all times
- Maintain an enthusiastic customer service attitude
- Light cashiering for service and parts customers
- Document prepping and scanning
- Light clerical
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour

Experience:
- Receptionist: 1 year (Preferred)
